Three storage categories, what each is for, and the button that resets them.
Categories Valuentra Hub uses
Browsers keep small cookies and local-storage entries for the sites they visit. Ours fall into three groups.
| Storage group | Job | Out of the box | Lifespan |
|---|---|---|---|
| Necessary | Menus plus the memo of your consent answer (Valuentra key vh_consent_v1 in local storage). | Permanently on | Until you wipe site data |
| Analytics | Bulk tallies of placard reading, used by the Springfield desk to prune dull text. | Dormant until you opt in | Twenty-six months, maximum |
| Advertising / affiliate | Lets a referral partner see that your room hunt began at Valuentra. | Dormant until you opt in; frozen off by GPC | Ninety days, maximum |
Switching your answer
Press on this page or in any footer to reopen the switches. Clearing Valuentra from the browser's stored-site list resets things as well; the bar then pops up again next time.
With Global Privacy Control enabled in your browser, Valuentra Hub keeps advertising and affiliate storage off no matter what the switches say.
