The controller

Personal data gathered on valuentrahub.com is controlled by Blue Tarp reDevelopment, LLC, One MGM Way, Springfield, MA 01103. Privacy questions go to privacy@valuentrahub.com.

Data that reaches Valuentra Hub

  • Your connection's IP address, plus the coarse geolocation it suggests (town or region level, never a street).
  • Browser user agent, device class, and the Valuentra pages that were opened.
  • Whatever your email to the Springfield desk contains, contact-form drafts included: name, address, topic, message.
  • The cookie answer you gave, kept in your own browser.

Purposes

  • Running the site and keeping it secure, which is strictly necessary.
  • Analytics: seeing which placards get read, and only once you have switched analytics on.
  • Marketing and affiliate attribution: letting partner networks link a reservation back to our page, and only once you have switched advertising on.
  • Replying to the people who write in.

Third parties who receive data

Valuentra relies on a web host and a visitor-counting supplier, who process limited data for us. Partner and affiliate networks receive click information when you follow a partner link with advertising switched on. Hotels you visit from a placard collect data under their own notices. Valuentra Hub never sells contact details.

Retention

Valuentra purges raw server logs within 90 days. Aggregated analytics reports expire after 26 months. Correspondence is held while we deal with it and for up to two further years. The cookie answer sits in your browser until you alter or wipe it.

GDPR rights (EEA and UK readers)

EEA and UK readers are entitled to see the data we hold on them, have it corrected or erased, limit what we do with it, receive a portable copy and object to its use. Withdrawing consent halts any processing that depended on it. Your home regulator for data protection will also hear complaints.

CCPA and CPRA, for Golden State residents

Residents of California may ask Valuentra what personal information it keeps, ask for correction or erasure, and veto any Valuentra sale of it, or its use in so-called cross-context behavioural advertising. Valuentra reads a browser GPC flag as that refusal, automatically. No Valuentra page behaves differently for readers who use them.

Minors

Valuentra Hub is for grown-ups and is not directed at anyone under 18. Valuentra never aims to collect anything about minors; if a young person has emailed the desk, a parent can ask and we will erase it.
