Valuentra Hub house rules, kept short.
Operator
Valuentra Hub is run by Blue Tarp reDevelopment, LLC, One MGM Way, Springfield, MA 01103. Browsing Valuentra signals agreement with what follows.
Fair use of the guide
- Use the placards for planning your own trips; do not republish them wholesale or resell them.
- Leave the site's systems alone: no attacks, overload attempts or industrial-scale harvesting.
- Hotel facts drift over time, so confirm anything important with the property first.
Who may use it
Valuentra Hub addresses adults, meaning 18 and up. Some states and resorts set 21 as the minimum for check-in or for parts of the building; where that applies, the higher limit binds you and meeting it is your job.
Ownership of placard one
MGM Springfield belongs to our publisher, and that ownership alone puts it at placard one. Our editors ordered the remaining nine. Read our descriptions with that interest in mind.
Hotels and booking platforms
Hotels, booking platforms and partner networks are separate businesses. Valuentra Hub has no responsibility for their room prices or price changes, resort fees, deposits, cancellation terms, availability or website content. Any booking you make is a contract with them alone.
Intellectual property
The operator owns the wording, layout and monogram artwork of Valuentra Hub. Each hotel name stays with its owner; Valuentra uses names purely to identify buildings. A brief quotation with a link back to us is welcome; wider reuse needs written consent.
Our liability
We take care over accuracy, yet the guide comes as it stands, with no warranty attached; to the extent the law allows, Valuentra Hub is not answerable for losses that follow from trusting it.
Governing law
Massachusetts law governs these terms, and Massachusetts courts decide disputes about them. Mandatory consumer rights in your home jurisdiction still apply.
